When you hand this form to the receptionist they will know exactly when Dr. Pedersen would like to have you return for a follow up appointment and what type of appointment should be scheduled. They will also know what products Dr. Pedersen may have suggested for your quick recovery, so they can better serve you with confidence that you are receiving the correct prescribed product.
-
The receptionist will then schedule your next appointment, if needed, hand you an appointment card with the date and time of your next appointment and dispense any products you may need.
-
The receptionist will then bid you a very warm "good day" and you can then begin down the road to recovery with confidence, knowing you received the best treatment possible.
